Calligraphy Pricing for 2010

Celtic, Chancery, Flourish, Gothic, Italic, Script and Roman Caps calligraphy styles are $2.00 for an inner and outer envelope set.

Castle calligraphy style is $2.25 for an inner and outer envelope set. Castle calligraphy takes more time to produce due to it's intricate style in comparision to our other calligraphy styles offered.

We require 2-3 business days to produce calligraphy for 100 to 150 inner and outer envelopes for Celtic, Chancery, Flourish, Gothic, Italic, Script and Roman Caps.

We require 3-4 business days to produce calligraphy for 200 inner and outer envelopes for Celtic, Chancery, Flourish, Gothic, Italic, Script and Roman Caps.

We require 4-5 business days to produce calligraphy for 200 inner and outer envelopes for our Castle script.

We can produce an average of 50 to 65 inner and outer envelopes per day.

NOTE: The example scripts above are in a staggered layout and is used only upon request. The default is to center all guest names unless otherwise requested.

Our envelope calligraphy styles are available in any color for any occasion. The calligraphy examples on our site are scanned from envelopes that the calligraphy was applied on. A Write Impression maintains very high quality standards of inspection for each calligraphy envelope produced. We always complete our work in the time frame agreed upon. Turnaround time varies depending on the amount of inner and outer envelopes needed. We can produce 100 calligraphy envelopes within 3 business days and 150 to 400 calligraphy envelopes within 5 to 7 business days. During our calligraphy process we check all guest names for spelling errors, we check all zip codes to the supplied address for any current zoning updates and we check each guest name for proper calligraphy envelope etiquette. After your guest list has been checked we will supply you with a list of corrections and etiquette suggestions for you to proof in a file format of you choice or in the file format supplied to us. For all our calligraphy customers we will supply you with a free Excel file that we developed for you to create your guest list. This includes a section of all known etiquette for attendees in regards to Military Personal, Doctors, Judges, Re-Marriage and many more. When ordering your invitations always order extra envelops. Order 15 extra envelopes for any amount up to 150. Order 25 extra envelopes for any amount over 150. Extra envelopes are used for additional guest you may need to add and for the contingency of mistakes made during the calligraphy or printing process. We can accept your guest list in Excel, Word for Windows, Word for Mac, Text only, Word Perfect and many other formats.
