Q. Should all the fields in the map form be filled in?
The more information you supply us about your map locations can reduce the time our designer can provide you with a proof. Supply us with all you can.
Q. What is your turnaround time for a map design?
All maps are worked in the order they are received. Generally, we can provide you a proof within 24 hours. During the months of April, May and June we may require 48 hours to provide you with a proof.
Q. The map form has so many options is this necessary?
The form is designed to personalize the map with a style you prefer. The icons, borders, fonts and paper selections help make the map your own personal creation. All our customers seem to enjoy this process and understand the benefits when they see their map proof. If you feel the form is to time consuming or confusing in any way, just fill in the address locations and we will do the rest.
Q. I do not see an icon or font I like on the form?
We have many more icons and fonts we can supply for you. Just send us an e-mail or fax with details about the icon or font you prefer. You can send us a picture or scan of the icon or font so that we can try and match it. Please keep in mind that icons and fonts are Copywrited and we adhere to their restrictions of use.
Q. How important are written directions?
Written directions are helpful for both local and out of town guest. Imagine yourself in a city or a part of the city you have never visited and you need to locate a church, hotel and restaurant. While adding written directions may take a couple of proofs to finalize, the benefits of written directions are so helpful in getting your guest to various locations.

Q. Ok, the form is complete, what next?
Save the form immediately after completion! Print pages 6,7, and 8 if you need to fax or mail us the form. E-mailing or faxing the form will result in a much faster turn around time, this will allow us to assign the map to a designer upon receipt.
Q. What is your process after you receive my form?
Upon receipt we will e-mail you a confirmation that your order has been received by phone or e-mail. We do require a $35.00 deposit (applied to the total cost of your order) to being the map design. We will then begin the process of working directly with you to design your map. You will need the initial map proof before you to know what direction you want to take with the design.
Q. How do I view my proof?
We will place your map proof on our web site at www.awriteimpression.biz/map proof for you to view. If you prefer we can e-mail the map proof directly to you in PDF format, the choice is yours.
Q. The map is complete and meets my approval, what's the final step?
You can call us with the number of maps, paper choice and shipping method. We will print the maps and send them to you immediately after printing. If you are a local customer we will arrange a courier service to deliver your maps to you. An invoice will be included with your map order listing all itemized charges applicable. The required deposit amount is figured in as part of your total payment price.
