Your wedding or occasion map is important in that it insures your guest will arrive at the appropriate locations at the correct time. Out of town as well as local guest will benefit by having a map. The following are map tips that should assist you in the map creation process:

A. If you have never been to the locations you want placed onto your map it would be wise to drive to them and take notes of streets and landmarks that can assist your guest.

B. If you are aware of highway or neighborhood construction projects that you would not want your guest to travel through please route you map to avoid them. You may be aware of recent road construction changes that would not be in our mapping software.

C. If you supply us with a simple sketch or a drawing you may have created of your route locations this can help us create the map more quickly.

D. Please include all applicable details about each location such as a phone number(s) that your guest can call if they do become lost.

E. Include hotel discount(s), hotel phone number(s) and the wedding party name the discount is listed under. Also, include your personal wedding web site URL if you have one

F. Decide if you want to include written directions on the back of the map. Some people may have difficulty using a map, this is where written directions can assist them.

G. When your map is ready for you to proof please be proactive and review the map for any updates or corrections that need to be made. The sooner we receive your input the sooner your map project will be completed.

H. If you have any questions regarding our map form or any concerns regarding the map layout please let us know immediately in order to avoid a delay.

I. If you have difficulty working with the map form and prefer to email us the location(s) data and phone number(s) this is acceptable to us. We will create your map from the data you supply us. Please include the first and last name of the bride and groom, the wedding date, and number of maps needed. We want this to be a positive experience for you. Any assistance you supply to us will insure that your map is professionally designed in a timely fashion.
